Adopted at a young age and later breaking free from a multi-generational Mormonism, she faced and overcame the challenges of an abusive marriage. Through it all, she has done deep mental and spiritual work, culminating in a profoundly transformational life coaching course that pushed her to confront her own conditioning and step into her truth. With unwavering commitment to her healing, she has emerged stronger and more aligned with her authentic self. Now, as a professional healer, she draws on her vast life experience, her innate feminine strength, and a deep intuitive connection to guide others on their own paths to healing. Empowered and grounded, she is ready to help others step into their power and reclaim their truth. Katy offers private coaching working with clients one-on-one. She helps both women and men discover their true inner power, freeing them from old programming that no longer serves their highest interest.
